This two-fold spiritual deception has been so effective that many believers have withdrawn from fellowship in frustration, isolating themselves from sound doctrine, biblical discipleship and worshiping God in Spirit and Truth. By doing so, they have been deceived themselves and as a consequence, their love for God has grown cold. However the word of God is clear, exhorting us to have a walk worthy of the calling with which you were called. Ephesians 4:1

Walking in the Spirit is the calling of God for every believer and requires us to walk in love, light, wisdom and truth in unity of the Holy Spirit. Romans 8:14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God. Galatians 5:16 exhorts us… Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. Also, our walk in the Spirit should bear fruit…Galatians 5:22-26… But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, meekness, self-control. Against such there is no law. And those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. Let us not become conceited, provoking one another, envying one another.
